  • Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law.

  • Gift vouchers may be subject to expiry dates where stated at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated on the product listing, orders are normally dispatched within 3–5 working days.

Dispatch times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Busy periods, holidays, product availability or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may occasionally result in delays.

We currently dispatch orders using one or more of the following delivery providers:

Delivery times provided by delivery companies are estimates only.

Once an order has been handed to the delivery provider, delivery is outside of our direct control.

We cannot guarantee delivery dates or times.
